What is the ₹8,000 setup charge?
This is a one-time fee for professional onboarding — we configure your restaurant profile, add your full menu, set up tables, create staff accounts, train your team, and verify everything works before you go live. You don't have to do any of this yourself.
Is the setup charge mandatory?
Yes. Every restaurant is different — menus, table layouts, GST rates, staff roles. The setup ensures your system is dialled in from day one, not guessed. It also includes 30 days of priority support after go-live, which alone is worth far more than ₹8,000.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions cancel anytime — no penalty, no contract, no questions. We'd prefer you stay, but we won't hold you. The setup charge is non-refundable once work begins.
Does RAGS-POS support GST billing?
Yes — CGST, SGST, IGST, and service charge are all built in. Every bill is GST-compliant and ready to print on 80mm thermal printers. Your accountant will thank you.
