Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using RAGS-POS (operated by RAGSPRO), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software. These terms apply to all users including restaurant owners, managers, and staff.

2. Service Description

RAGS-POS is a cloud-based restaurant management platform providing: table management, order taking, kitchen display (KDS), GST billing, customer management, and business reports. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Setup Charge

A one-time setup fee of ₹8,000 applies to all new accounts. This is non-refundable once setup work has begun. Setup includes: menu upload, table configuration, KDS pairing, staff onboarding, and a 1-hour training session. Setup is completed within 2 business days of payment.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

  • Starter — ₹2,999/month: Up to 20 tables, 3 staff, core POS features.

  • Pro — ₹5,999/month: Unlimited tables, unlimited staff, KDS, advanced reports.

  • Chain — Custom pricing: Multi-location support. Contact us for quote.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Annual plans receive a discount. Prices are exclusive of GST at applicable rates.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

    Monthly plans: Cancel before your next billing date. No partial refunds for unused days.

    Annual plans: Non-refundable. You may pause the subscription for up to 2 months per year.

    Setup charges are non-refundable once onboarding has started.

6. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial on selected plans. No credit card is required for the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the service. Trial data is preserved when you upgrade.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • — Share your login credentials with people outside your restaurant.
  • — Use RAGS-POS for any illegal activity or to process fraudulent transactions.
  • — Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the software.
  • — Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform.

8. Liability and Data Loss

While we maintain 99.9% uptime and hourly backups, RAGSPRO is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
