How do I get started with RAGS-POS?

After purchase, our team sets up your account within 24 hours. You get a login link via email. From there, you can add your menu, staff, and tables in the Settings panel.

What is the ₹8,000 one-time setup charge?

This covers onboarding, menu upload, table configuration, KDS pairing, staff account creation, and a 1-hour video training session with your team — done by us.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Annual plans are non-refundable but can be paused. No lock-in contracts.

How does the Kitchen Display System (KDS) work?

KDS runs on any browser — tablet, TV, or laptop. Go to Settings → KDS Configuration, generate a pairing token, and open the KDS URL on the kitchen screen. Orders appear instantly.

Does RAGS-POS support GST billing?

Yes. You can configure CGST, SGST, IGST, and service charges per order. All bills are GST-compliant and printable on 80mm thermal printers.

Is RAGS-POS mobile-friendly?

Yes. The dashboard works on phones and tablets. Waitstaff can take orders from the floor using any device with a browser.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Currently RAGS-POS requires an active internet connection. We recommend a 4G hotspot as backup. Offline mode is on our roadmap.

How many staff accounts can I create?

Starter plan: 3 staff. Pro plan: unlimited staff with role-based access (Admin, Manager, Staff). Chain plan: multi-location with separate logins.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Prorated billing applies when upgrading mid-cycle.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored on servers in India. We do not share your data with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
